BTB LED function. This LED primarily
serves to signal faults. There are 4 states of
the BTB LED:
• LED with steady green light: No fault, LT
ready for operation
• LED flashing green: No fault, LT not ready
for operation, interruption of NH signal
(emergency OFF)
• LED with steady red light: Fault, LT not
ready for operation
• LED with steady orange light (red and
green steady light alternately): Abort
tightening and switch off the LT (sleep
mode) as VM350 power supply module is
not ready for operation.
• LED flashing red/green alternately: LT not
yet logged in to SE controller.
During tightening: If the emergency OFF
signal is interrupted during tightening, e.g.
due to EMERGENCY OFF, tightening is
actively braked and tightening is aborted with
an error message output to the SE. The BTB
LED has a steady red light. The fault can be
reset in the LT as soon as the emergency
OFF signal is received again and the
contactor has tightened. The BTB LED then
has a steady green light again. A new
tightening can be started only after
acknowledgement via the operating program.
