Apagado Automático de la Succión
La aspiradora está equipada con una función de apagado automático de la succión cuando
está aspirando líquidos. Cuando el líquido en el depósito alcanza un cierto nivel, un flotador
interno se asienta contra un sello en la entrada del motor, apagando la succión. Cuando esto
ocurre, el motor producirá un ruido agudo más fuerte que lo normal indicando que debe
apagar la aspiradora y vaciar el líquido
Nota: Si la aspiradora se inclina accidentalmente, el dispositivo de cierre del flotador podría
asentarse contra el sello y cerrar la succión. Si esto ocurre, simplemente coloque la aspira-
dora en posición vertical y apague el interruptor hasta que el flotador regrese a su posición
normal.
PRECAUCÓN
Vaciado del depósito
Tenga mucho cuidado cuando vacíe depósitos muy cargados. Su aspiradora para servicio en
húmedo / seco puede vaciarse de residuos líquidos retirando la cubierta del depósito. Para
vaciar, apague la aspiradora y retire el enchufe del tomacorriente de pared. Retire la cubierta
del depósito y vacíe el depósito.
Nota: Para los modelos con un tapón de drenaje, el depósito se puede vaciar retirando el
tapón de drenaje y drenando el residuo líquido dentro de un drenaje adecuado.

ADVERTENCIA
Asegúrese de desconectar el suministro de alimentación antes de intentar reparar la
aspiradora o extraer alguno de sus componentes.
Almacenamiento
Antes de almacenar la aspiradora siempre deberá vaciar y limpiar el depósito. Nunca permita
que permanezca líquido en el mismo durante un período prolongado.
Siempre guarde la aspiradora bajo techo.
Lubricación
No es necesario realizar ningún tipo de lubricación ya que el motor está equipado con cojine-
tes con lubricación permanente.
Servicio
No intente realizar un servicio a su aspiradora para líquidos y sólidos Shop-Vac® que exceda
al descrito en el presente manual. Diríjase a un centro de servicio técnico calificado para
todas las otras tareas de mantenimiento.
ADVERTENCIA
Si alguna de las partes del alojamiento del motor se desprende o rompe, de manera que
el motor u otros componentes eléctricos queden expuestos se debe interrumpir la oper-
ación de inmediato para evitar lesiones personales o daños mayores a la aspiradora. Se
deben realizar las reparaciones antes de volver a utilizarla.
