Remarks: 1) Quick Bread uses only baking powder or baking soda as leavening. 2) The texture is between bread and cake.
3) It does not rise at all. 4) It will be compact cake bread.

Method
1) Place all wet ingredients into bread pan.
2) Pour in all dry ingredients.
3) Place raisins into ingredients drawer.
4) Touch "QUICK" then select medium colour for
1000 gms loaf or light colour for 700 gms loaf.
5) Touch START/STOP.
6) Use Spatula to scrap down side.
7) Let stand for 10 mins after baking and then
pour out.
8) Cool completely before slicing.
