Maintenance
Description
The pump pumps automatically in the
direction of the capillary.
Pumping stops if:
a) A drop is detected or
b) The system times out after 180 s.
In the event of a), continue with Step 4.
In the event of b), continue with Step 6.
The new volume value determined
appears on the display. The value,
including the volume and time, is entered
in the EMPTY VOLUME DOSING log.
The value determined is saved in the
EMPTY VOLUME P2 [μl] parameter.
The system has timed out.
Determine the empty volume manually.
The service is restarted and the automatic
determination function is disabled.
Empty volume dosing can now be carried
out manually.
The pump is drained.
