ACS800-07 units with air circuit breaker

The category 0 emergency stop, i.e. immediate removal of power, operates as
follows:
The user presses the emergency stop
push-button.
Relay A21 de-energises.
Contacts 13–14 in the air circuit breaker
control circuit open.
The air circuit breaker opens.
The diode supply unit trips on a fault.
RMIO = motor control and I/O board (ACS800-07: one control board for the inverter unit. ACS800-17/
A21
= safety relay
DSSB = Diode Supply System Board (control board for the rectifier unit)
Relay K14 de-energises
37: one control board for the line-side converter and another for the motor-side converter)
Category 0 emergency stop for ACS800-07/17/37 (+Q951, n×R8i)
Contacts 33–34 open.
-> relay output RO5 on
the DSSB board de-
energises.
ACS800 application program receives "stop
by coasting" command (par. 21.09 START
Digital input DIIL on
RMIO board de-
energises.
INTRL FUNC set to OFF2 STOP).
The motor coasts to stop.
