Description
Spray
● A horizontal three-stage centrifugal pump is used, which
pump
features high pump lift, small size, high reliability, and
long service life.
● The water pump is made of new lubrication sealing
material. Wear parts such as water pump spindle seal and
seal ring do not need to be maintained in the life cycle.
● The variable-frequency drive power supply mode is used
to implement soft startup of the water pump, improving
the pump reliability.
Supply fan
● A Huawei-developed high-speed fan is used, which
features large air volume, high static pressure, high
reliability, and a long service life.
● The fan is separated from the drive. The fan efficiency is
improved by more than 8% compared with a common EC
fan.
● The direct drive that the fan adopts has higher
transmission efficiency than the belt drive, which reduces
belt replacement and routine checks.
Compresso
● The FusionCol8000-E uses a DC variable-frequency
r
compressor that features compact size, light weight, a
long service life, low noise, easy installation, high
reliability, stability, and energy efficiency.
● The high-precision drive automatically adapts to the
system pressure fluctuations.
● The drive conducts precision self-check. Compressor and
drive faults are separated.
Compresso
● The variable-frequency compressor drive, water pump

drive, and 24 V power module are integrated into one
device to save space in the smart cooling product and
improve efficiency.
● The compressor drive is controlled over RS485. You can
view the drive running status and parameters on the LCD
in real time to facilitate fault locating.
Fan drive
● Compared with fan speed control by the belt drive, fan
speed control by the direct drive has a wider application
range which is not subject to the transmission ratio.
● The EC fan is controlled over RS485. You can view the fan
power and speed in real time over the LCD and can obtain
fault information including fan blockage, overvoltage, and
undervoltage. The features allow you to view the status
and locate a fault.
