1. Turn off the power switch and turn the robot upside down.
2. Remove vacuum inlet cover as shown in the illustration.
3. Clean vacuum inlet cover and the fan mechanism to ensure good ventilation.
4. Reinsert the vacuum inlet cover by carefully guiding the hinge tabs back into the holes.
1. Use a cross-head screwdriver to remove side brush cover and side brush.
2. Insert new side brush and put the cover back.
3. Retighten the screws.
Problem
Robot does not detect cliffs.
Robot stops during cleaning and all
light indicators flash alternately red
and green.
Robot stops and all light indicators
flash red.
Robot only moves in circles in the
same position.

Troubleshooting

Possible reason
• Cliff sensors are dirty.
• Main brushes are dirty.
• Main brushes are jammed.
• Low battery.
• One wheel is blocked.
Possible solution
• Wipe away dust from sensors
with a dry cloth.
• Clean main brushes and
restart.
• Remove jam and restart.
• Recharge batteries.
• Remove hairs and dirt from
wheels.
