SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years or above and by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are
supervised or instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand the possible
hazards. Children should not play with the equipment. Children should not perform cleaning
or user-level maintenance without supervision.
1. Do not use any other means than those specified in this operating manual to accelerate
defrosting and cleaning.
2. This device must not be stored in areas with permanent sources of ignition (e.g. open
fire, gas or electric heating equipment in operation).
3. Do not pierce or expose the equipment to an open fire.
4. Note that the coolant may be odourless.
5. This equipment should be installed, operated and stored in a space with a floor area
larger than 11 m
6. Keep all vents unobstructed.
7. The service must only be performed according to the manufacturer instructions.
8. This device must be stored in a well-ventilated area, the dimensions of which
correspond to the dimensions specified for the operation of the equipment.
9. Only persons with a valid authorisation issued by a competent accredited authority who
demonstrate their competence to handle coolants safely in accordance with the
applicable regulations may work or interfere with the coolant circuit.
10. The service must only be performed according to the equipment manufacturer
instructions.
Maintenance and repairs requiring the participation of other qualified persons must be
carried out under the supervision of a person authorised to handle flammable
refrigerators.
11. All working procedures that affect safety elements must be performed only by
authorised persons.
Notes:
1. This air conditioning unit is intended for indoor use only. It is not suitable for any other
use.
2. When installing the air conditioning unit, observe local rules for connection to the mains
and ensure proper grounding. If you have any doubts about the electrical installation,
follow the manufacturer's instructions and, if necessary, have it carried out by a
qualified electrician.
