5. Cover the air-conditioning unit with a plastic packaging, place it in a dry place out of
reach of children and protect against dust.

the dehumidification mode.
The room is illuminated by direct
sunlight.
Doors or windows are open, there are
too many people in the room or there
are other heat sources in the room in
the cooling mode.
Filter clogged.
The air inlet or outlet is obstructed.
The air conditioning unit is not located
on a horizontal surface.
Overheating protection has been
triggered.
The distance between the air
conditioning unit and the remote
control device is too large.
The remote control is not pointed
directly at the receiver.
Batteries are flat.
Abnormal value of the temperature
sensor in the piping.
Unexpected value of a room
temperature sensor.
Solution
Connect the power cable to the power socket
and switch on the air conditioning unit.
Drain the water from the reservoir.
The recommended air conditioning unit
operating temperature is 7 - 35°C (44 - 95°F).
Change the pre-set temperature.
The air conditioning unit is located in a room
with a temperature above 17°C (62°F).
Close the curtains.
Close the doors and windows and add an
additional air conditioning unit if necessary.
Clean or replace the filter screen.
Remove obstacles.
Place the air conditioning unit on a horizontal
and firm surface.
Wait 3 minutes until the temperature drops
and re-activate the air conditioning unit.
Move the remote control to the air
conditioning unit and point the remote control
directly at the unit remote control receiver.
Replace the batteries.
Check the temperature sensor in the piping
and the relevant circuits.
Check the room temperature sensor and the
related circuits.
