GENERAL OPERATION OF THE VIDEO DOOR ENTRY SYSTEM

NO CALL. SYSTEM ON STAND-BY
The entrance panel is on stand-by, with the audio system disabled. A continuous tone will be heard if the handset is picked up. The
feature permitting communication with the entrance panel and door-opening are disabled. The system is waiting for a call to be made
or for a monitor to activate the automatic switch-on system. (see “Turning on the auto switch-on system”).
MAKING A CALL TO A DWELLING
To make a call to a dwelling, press the corresponding push-button on the entrance panel with push-buttons. The panel emits a confirmation
tone. If the handset of the monitor called is off the hook, intermittent tones will be heard at the entrance panel.
