A.1 Checking the DHCP configuration on your device
In Windows®
Click on Start > Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center.

Right-click on the appropriate network, and then select Properties. The Local Area

Connection Properties window appears.
Select the TCP/IP protocol for the network card, and then click on the Properties button.

The "Internet Protocol Version x (TCP/IPvx) Properties" screen appears.
4. Select the General tab, then the "Obtain an IP address automatically" case and the "Obtain the
addresses of the DNS servers automatically" case.
Click on OK to confirm your choice.
