EINSTELLUNG DER VERBRENNUNGS-
LUFT
Die
Kraftstoff-/Verbrennungsluft-Synchronisie-
rung erfolgt mit den jeweiligen Stellantrieben
(Luft und Gas) durch die Speicherung einer
Stellkurve mittels des elektronischen Nockens.
Um die Verluste zu reduzieren
umfangreichen Regelbereich zu haben, wird
empfohlen, den Stellantrieb auf das Maximum
der benutzten Leistung, so nah wie möglich an
der maximalen Öffnung (90°) einzustellen.
An der Gasdrossel erfolgt die Kraftstoffdrosse-
lung je nach gefordertem Potential bei ganz
geöffnetem Stellantrieb durch den Druckstabili-
sator an den Gasarmaturen.
Bei Vorhandensein einer O
2
speziellem Kit, die Commissioning-Arbeiten
befolgen, die in der Anleitung des Instruments
LMV angegeben sind, die bei der Schulung
durch den Technischen Service geliefert wird.
LUFTEINSTELLUNG FÜR DIE HÖCHSTLEI-
STUNG
Den Stellantrieb auf die maximale Öffnung (nah
an 90°) einstellen, so dass die Luftdrosseln
ganz geöffnet sind.
Die Schraube 2)(A) unter der Brenneransau-
gung lockern und das Gitter 1)(A) allmählich
schließen, bis die geforderte Leistung erhalten
wird.
Die Leistungsdrosselung in Ansaugung ist nur,
falls der Brenner auf dem Maximum des Regel-
bereichs auf S. 16 funktioniert, nicht erforder-
lich.
Wichtig.
Es wird empfohlen, sich im manuellen
Modus auf die geforderte Höchstlei-
stung zu bringen, und die vollständige
Eichung und Speicherung der Kraft-
stoff/Verbrennungsluft-Synchronisie-
rungskurven erst nach Festlegung der
Leistungsdrosselung
des Gasdrucks und der Einstellung des
Flammkopfs vorzunehmen.
COMBUSTION AIR ADJUSTMENT
Fuel/combustion air must be synchronized with
the relevant servomotors (air and gas) by stor-
ing a setting curve by means of the electronic
cam.
To reduce pressure loss and to have a wider
adjustment range, it is best to set the servomo-

On the gas butterfly valve, the fuel's partial set-
ting adjustment based on required output, with
the servomotor fully open, is made by using the
pressure stabilizer on the gas train.

AIR ADJUSTMENT FOR MAXIMUM OUTPUT
Set the servomotor to maximum opening (near
90°) so that the air butterfly valves are fully
open.
Loosen screw 2)(A) under the burner's intake
and close grille 1)(A) progressively until you
achieve the required output.
The only time reducing intake to a partial setting
is not necessary is when the burner is working
at the top of the operating range given on page
16.
Important.
We recommend you achieve the maxi-
mum output required manually, and
adjust intake to the partial setting,
define gas pressure and adjust the
combustion head before completing the
setting and storing the fuel/combustion
air synchronization curves.

La synchronisation combustible/comburant se
fait avec les servomoteurs correspondants (air
et gaz) en mémorisant une courbe de réglage à
l'aide de la came électronique.
Il est conseillé de régler le servomoteur à la
puissance maximum utilisée, la plus proche
possible de l'ouverture maximale (90°), pour
réduire les pertes et avoir une vaste plage de
régulation.
Le combustible doit être réparti sur la vanne
papillon gaz en fonction de la puissance requise
à l'aide du stabilisateur de pression qui se
trouve sur la rampe gaz, quand le servomoteur
est complètement ouvert.

à l'aide du kit prévu à cet

effet, suivre les opérations de commissioning
indiquées dans le manuel spécifique de l'instru-
ment LMV, celui-ci étant fourni par le Service
après-vente durant le cours de formation.
RÉGLAGE DE L'AIR POUR LA PUISSANCE
MAXIMUM
Mettre le servomoteur à l'ouverture maximale
(proche de 90°) pour que les vannes papillon de
l'air soient complètement ouvertes.
Desserrer la vis 2)(A) située sous l'aspiration du
brûleur et fermer progressivement la grille 1)(A)
pour obtenir la puissance voulue.
L'étranglement en aspiration n'est nécessaire
qu'au cas où le brûleur fonctionne au maximum
de la plage de puissance (voir page 16).
Important.
Il est conseillé d'atteindre la puissance
maximum requise en mode manuel et
de ne procéder au réglage complet
qu'après avoir défini l'étranglement en
aspiration, la pression du gaz et le
réglage de la tête de combustion et
mémorisation des courbes de synchro-
nisation combustible/ comburant.
