Introduction Chapter 1: Introduction Introduction Overview The CarePorter™ Cart is a freestanding mobile device that couples to a patient bed or stretcher to assist with transport of patients on round-trip or one-way trips within the facility environment. The CarePorter™ Cart can be equipped with oxygen and/or air cylinders, ventilators, infusion pumps, and various other devices.
