The extraordinary maintenance operations must be carried out only by a Skilled technician.
Follow what indicated in the chart below.
ChECKING PERIOd
Every 300 working hours
At the end of the working season
(*) Check more frequently if you use dirty liquid with abrasive suspended particles.
(**) If you use very aggressive chemicals, it is suggested to replace the inner diaphragm once a year even if it is not
apparently damaged.
(***) Check more frequently if the control unit is undergone to high vibrations (crawler tractors, internal-combustion
engines, ecc.).
• The data in the chart are just for reference. More frequent checks could be necessary in case of
particularly hard work.

The dismantling of the control unit must be carried out only by qualified personnel and in conformity
with the laws in use in the country where the unit is installed.

If you cannot reset the control unit by means of the information contained in the following chart, apply
to a Skilled technician.

CAUSE
Lever (12) on "S" position.
The adjusting knob (7) is not completely
screwed.
The pump is running too slow.
Suction circuit with throttlings.
Inadequate usage (for instance with worn
out or too large nozzles)
Air suction.
The pressure accumulator is deflated.

Check pressure valve (*)
Check and eventually replace the inner
diaphragm (**)
Check screw tightening (***)
WARNING
Set lever(12) on C or SX or A or DX position
(see chapter 4.1).
Turn the adjusting knob clockwise until you
reach the desired pressure.
Reset the correct pump speed.
Check the suction circuit and make sure
that the filter cartridge is clean.
Replace worn out devices.
Check the suction circuit.
Inflate the pressure accumulator as indica-
ted by the pump manufacturer.
