This product requires assembly by an adult because of small parts. Care should be taken
in unpacking and assembling this item to keep small parts away from children. During assembly
children should be kept away from the product due to possible risk of injury.

Don't use this item for a TV stand or place heavy objects on top of item.

  • Page 5 STEP 1 Attach shelf #1 right rail board (7) to shelf #1 left rail board (6) by inserting 1 screw (F) through hole on shelf #1 right rail board (7), then tighten to shelf #1 left rail board (6). STEP 2 Insert 2 wood dowels (C) into wood dowel holes on shelf #1 left rail board (6) and shelf #1 right rail board (7).
  • Page 6 STEP 3 Attach shelf #2 right rail board (10) to shelf #2 left rail board (9) by inserting 1 screw (F) through hole on shelf #2 right rail board (10), then tighten to shelf #2 left rail board (9). STEP 4 Insert 4 wood dowels (C) into wood dowel holes on shelf #2 left rail board (9) and shelf #2 right rail board (10).
  • Page 7 STEP 5 Attach shelf #3 right rail board (13) to shelf #3 left rail board (12) by inserting 1 screw (F) through hole on shelf #3 right rail board (13), then tighten to shelf #3 left rail board (12). STEP 6 Insert 4 wood dowels (C) into wood dowel holes on shelf #3 left rail board (12) and shelf #3 right rail board (13).
  • Page 8 STEP 7 Screw 1 cam bolt (A) into cam bolt hole on top bar of right side panel (4). Insert 1 wood dowel (C) into wood dowel hole on top bar of right side panel (4). Attach top bar of right side panel (4) to right side panel (2) by inserting cam bolt (A) into cam lock hole and wood dowel (C) into wood dowel hole on right side panel (2).
  • Page 9 STEP 9 Insert 3 wood dowels (C) into wood dowel holes on left side panel (1). Attach left side panel (1) to 3 assembled shelves by inserting wood dowels (C) into wood dowel holes on shelf #1 left rail board (6), shelf #2 left rail board (9) and shelf #3 left rail board (12).
  • Page 10 STEP 11 Lock OPTION #1 OPTION #2 DRYWALL DRYWALL WOOD STUD SCREW WALL ANCHOR ONLY WITH SCREW Option #1: Securing to Drywall Using wall mounting paper template to determine position, screw 4 plastic anchors (G) into drywall. Attach 2 wall brackets (H) to 4 plastic anchors (G) by inserting 4 screws (I) through holes on wall brackets (H), then tighten to 4 plastic anchors (G).

Take appropriate action necessary to correct hazards such as tightening of screws and taking any damaged parts away from children.
