This product requires assembly by an adult because of small parts. Care should be taken
in unpacking and assembling this item to keep small parts away from children. During assembly
children should be kept away from the product due to possible risk of injury.

Young children can be seriously injured or killed if furniture tips over.
Don't use this item for a TV stand or place heavy objects on top of item.
Always use angle-braces or anchors to secure furniture to the wall.

  • Page 5 STEP 1 1. Insert 1 screw (C) through hole on top shelf left rail board (1) and tighten to rear rail board (10). 2. Repeat above step to assemble top shelf right rail board (2) to rear rail board (10). STEP 2 1.
  • Page 6 STEP 3 1. Insert 1 screw (C) through hole on bottom shelf left rail board (5) and tighten to rear rail board (10). 2. Repeat above step to assemble bottom shelf right rail board (6) to rear rail board (10). STEP 4 1.
  • Page 7 STEP 5 1. Insert 4 wood dowels (A) into wood dowel holes on middle shelf (8). 2. Attach middle shelf (8) to pre-assembled rail boards (3, 4, 10) by inserting wood dowels (A) into wood dowel holes on rail boards (3, 4, 10). 3.
  • Page 8 STEP 7 1. Insert 4 wood dowels (A) into wood dowel holes on end of rear lower back board (11). 2. Attach 3 wood pegs (F) to rear lower back board (11) by inserting 3 screws (D) through holes on rear lower back board (11) and tighten to wood pegs (F). STEP 8 1.
  • Page 9 STEP 9 1. Attach rear lower back board (11) to right side frame (13) by inserting wood dowels (A) into wood dowel holes on right side frame (13). 2. Attach pre-assembled top shelf (7) and rail boards to right side frame (13) by inserting 2 machine screws (B) through holes on top shelf right rail board (2) and tighten to right side frame (13).

    ATTENTION ADULTS: Cabinet should be checked periodically for damage or loose screws/parts. Take appropriate action necessary to correct hazards such as tightening of screws and taking any damaged parts away from children. WARNING Please make sure your item is secured to the wall, per assembly instructions. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Wipe clean with a water dampened cloth.
