2. First­time operation
2.1 Initial start­up
. Clean the unit with a fat dissolver before the initial start­up
D Refer to page 6, chapter 4 for cleaning procedure

Shut down

. Set switch to 0-position
D The control lamp or the illuminated ring are extinguished
. Refer to the following chapter 4. for cleaning of unit
. After switching off all appliances, shut off the kitchen block with main switch

Switch on the unit
. Turn switch to the desired power level
D The control lamp or the illuminated ring will
light up
D Settings and temperature range :
1 = low power, 10 = high power,
Temperature range approx. 30 to 100°C
