SWING SEATS 16881-3

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please note: Swing Seats are designed to be used in
conjunction with the Swing Frame 16884. ROMPA cannot
accept responsibility for use of these Swings Seats with any
other frame. Should you wish to use your Swing Seat with a
different frame, make sure that the frame/branch/supports are
strong enough to support the weight of the swing and its user.
Always allow plenty of space in front of and behind the Swing
Frame.

CONTENTS

1 Swing Seat
2 Short ropes
2 Long ropes
2 Rope clips
1 Pre-assembled harness system (includes long strap with
buckle, short strap with buckle, short strap with side release
buckle)

ASSEMBLY

1. Thread the cut end of each rope through the holes in the
ears on the swing. The short ropes attach to the top ears
of the swing and the long ropes attach to the bottom ears
of the swing.
2. Once threaded through the ears, tie a secure knot at the
end of the ropes, leaving enough rope above the ear to
adjust the rope if necessary.
3. Slip the looped ends of the rope through the rope clip.
There is one clip per pair of ropes.
4. Attach the rope clips to the swing frame.
5. To change the height or angle of the seat, adjust the
length of rope by pulling the rope through the 'S' hook.
6. To prevent the ropes from excessively hanging below the
seat, wrap the ropes in tape approximately 15cm below
the knot and cut the rope at the tape.
