Instructions and Maintenance Sheets Electric Test Pump “HEP0020” ASSEMBLY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ‐ The components are shipped unassembled to prevent breakage or unnecessary bulk during transport or the stockage in warehouse. Before starting operations, check if the pump has been labelled with serial number and technical data. Keep package for further transports or stockage. Ensure that all the equipment and accessories are suitable for the maximum working pressure. Before starting any operation, clean the tank to eliminate any residue or waste. ‐ Place the equipment on a flat and solid area. ‐ Assembly all components. The pump is supplied with a 1.5 metres hose, glycerin pressure gauge ø60 and control valve. ‐ Before operating the pump always make sure pipe connections are clean and fully tightened up; all accessories must be fitted correctly and not damaged: suction tube with nut and filter, pressure gauge and hose for high ...

Instructions and Maintenance Sheets Electric Test Pump “HEP0020” FILLING AND POURING ‐ Verify that the liquid in the tank is compatible with the characteristics of the pump. ‐ Insert the suction and discharge pipes into the container to be filled or poured. High pressure pipe should be placed in the tank where liquid will be poured or connect to the system to be filled (i.e. solar panels). ‐ Before staring the pump, move the regulating valve (blue) to the 'BYPASS' position, completely open. MAINTENANCE ‐ To avoid damage to the pump, clean it after its use. For that, run the pump with clean water under pressure for a few minutes. Then empty the pump and leave it drying for during some minutes. ‐ Avoid frozen water inside the pump, it will damage the pump and the joints. In case of frost hazard, empty ...
