Ionodes’ appropriate warranty terms apply. In case Ionodes or your reseller are unable to repair an Ionodes ION-E100-HD, you can alternatively ask for a partial refund as far as justified by the reduced value of the unrepaired ION-E100-HD or ask for a cancellation of the respec- tive agreement for such ION-E100-HD and get your money refunded.
