The cooker models with electric burners:
• The electric plate have 6 levels of heating – according to table in point 3.
• During the first starting the electric plates, they should be heater for about 5 minutes
na 6-th level of heating. It allows to burn the technical greases and harden plate
elements. To enssure the best contact with the heateing plate and pass the heat on
entire contac surface, it is recommended to use the pots with equal flat bottoms.
• To gain the maximum efficieny of passing the heat, exept the flat bottom it is
important to use the pots with the dimensions as shown in the table below. This
table indicates the amount of heating power transmitted depending on the heating
level and the diameter of the pot:

OVEN HANDLING

• During the first use of the oven it may release the smoke and the burned odor. It
is caused by burning the technical greases on heater. It is necessary to heat up an
empty oven for 45 minutes.
• In the table belwon is shown approximate time of preparing dishes and setting
of the oven thermostat (electric version). Given times and setting parameters are
approximate and were established in our labolartory. It can be adjusted depending
on the experience and culinary taste.
