ASSEMBLY Step 1: Remove the bolt ( 61 ), washer ( 62 ) and spring washer ( 28 ) and remove protected tube ( 14 ) from the main frame ( 01 ) with spanner ( D ). Discard the protected tube ( 14 ) which is not needed for the assembly of the rower. Reserve the bolt ( 61 ), washer ( 62 ) and spring washer ( 28 ) for the assembly of the rower.

Step 2: Secure front stabilizer ( 02 ) to main frame ( 01 ) with bolts ( 61 ), washers ( 62 ) and spring washers ( 28 ) by spanner ( D ). Secure rear stabilizer ( 03 ) to main frame ( 01 ) with bolts ( 61 ), washers ( 62 ) and spring washers ( 28 ).

Step 3: Take out the protected tube ( 13 ) from main frame ( 01 ) with spanner ( D ). Be careful not to break the sensor wire ( 17 ). Discard the bolt ( 84 ) and protected tube ( 13 ) which are not needed for the assembly of the rower.

Step 5: Remove the bolt ( 38 ), washer ( 37 ) and spring washer ( 36 ) from handlebar post ( 04 ) with spanner ( D ). Fasten the handlebar L ( 05 ) and handlebar R ( 06 ) to swing rod L ( 07 ) and swing rod R ( 08 ) separately with bolt ( 30 ), arc washer (31) and nut (32) by spanner ( A ).

Step 6: Put axle ( 44 ) through the U bracket of pedal support ( 09 ) and bushing of connecting rod L ( 10 ). Note: D groove is fitted to U bracket. Then fasten it with washer ( 48 ), nut ( 32 ) by spanner ( A ).

Step 7: Connect the console wire ( 15a ) with trunk wire ( 16 ) and connect console wire ( 15b ) with handle pulse wire ( 18 ). Remove the washer ( 86 ) and screw ( 87 ) on the back of console ( 15 ) by spanner ( A ). Attach the console ( 15 ) to the handlebar post ( 04 ), then fix it with washer ( 86 ) and screw ( 87 ).
