Protocol (PC only): Select the audio protocol that you wish to use. If you have Asio
drivers for your sound card, we recommend that you use this protocol instead of
DirectX. The Asio drivers offer increased performances compared to the DirectX
drivers.
Driver: Select the driver corresponding to the sound card that you want to use.
Frequency: Here choose the sampling frequency among those offered by your sound
card.
Latency: Here you can set the optimal audio latency depending on the performance of
your sound card and your system. Attention, latency too weak can cause the sound to
jump.
Potentiometer mode: Here choose the mode of instrument potentiometer control.
7.1.3 Configuration of an instrument: the tool bar
Each instrument has a tool bar allowing the setting of MIDI event input routing, and
the output of the sound.
7.1.3.1 Configuring MIDI routing
The first part of the tool bar lets you select the MIDI input that will be applied to
the instrument.
Choose the MIDI port to which your keyboard is connected, as well as the channel
that you want to use. You can choose to select a particular channel or all of the channels
of this port by selecting 'All' in the choice of MIDI channels.
