    4 INTENDED USE DHOLLANDIA mobile column lifts are designed to lift vehicles and shall be used exclusively to lift vehicles within the limits of the load chart, in compliance with the operation and safety instructions described in this manual. DO NOT use the mobile column lift for other purposes.

     Every DHOLLANDIA mobile column lift is identified by and labelled with a unique 8-digit serial number (with or without a space between the first and last 4 digits). Use this number for any inquiry on a particular lift, or when ordering replacement parts.

    DO NOT USE MOBILE COLUMN LIFT WITHOUT ADEQUATE SAFETY AND OPERATOR TRAINING  DHOLLANDIA mobile column lifts shall be exclusively used to lift vehicles, within the limits of the applicable load chart, in compliance with the operation and safety instructions in this manual.

  • Page 29: Levelling The Mobile Column Lifts

    The DH-AB* are designed to LIFT / LOWER principally level through the full stroke of the lift cylinders. If this is not the case, and disparities cannot be solved by means of the instructions in this section, contact DHOLLANDIA for further advice. See contact info on page 3.
  • Page 30 If levelling process is not successful, DO NOT use the mobile column lift, put it out of operation and contact an authorized DHOLLANDIA service agent for repair.  An easy way to check if both columns are level, is to start with the lift forks at approx. 200-300 mm above the ground. Turn the levelling valve counter clockwise.

     If levelling process is not successful, DO NOT use the mobile column lift, put it out of operation and contact an authorized DHOLLANDIA service agent for repair. SWITCHING OFF THE MOBILE COLUMN LIFT  Never leave the mobile column lift unattended while a vehicle is still lifted off the ground. If works are not finished at the close of business, lower the vehicle to the ground.
