To erase the entire list at once

Press $ or 4 once.

Press (ENTER).

Press $ or 4 to make "YES" flash, then press
(ENTER).
You hear a long confirmation beep and the
entire list is erased.
Note
If there is any "NEW" data, you will hear error beeps in step 2 and can't erase
the entire list.
