RITE-HITE Corporation does not recommend any particular lockout device, but recommends the utilization of an OSHA approved device (refer to OSHA regulation 1910.147). RITE-HITE Corporation also recommends the review and implementation of an entire safety program for the Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout).
™ restraint. The WHEEL-LOK ™ restraint by RITE-HITE Corporation is a unique concept in dock safety equipment. It is intended to provide a safer work place for workers in shipping and receiving dock areas. The WHEEL-LOK ™ is an electromechanical restraint device that, when properly installed and operated, retains a solid connection between the truck/trailer and dock.

CURRENT SENSOR The current sensor is utilized to interrupt current flow to both motor contactor coils as the motor torque and corresponding force of the drive nut mechanism reaches a predetermined maximum level. The current sensor module is powered by a 15 VDC signal. The correct settings of the current sensor are TRIP DELAY = 0 and TRIP POINT = 10 OF 11 MARKINGS.
