In the standard version the thermocouples are manufactured without process
connections. Fastening elements such as a union screw, a compression fitting, or a
spring-loaded or customer-specific hold down device can be attached and are available
as options.

3.2 Intended use
The thermocouples described here are suitable for temperature measurement in the
plastics / rubber moulding, hot runner and injection moulding industry. Depending
on design, they can be mounted directly into the process or within a bored hole. The
design of the bored hole can be selected as desired, but the operational process data
(temperature, pressure, density and flow rate) must be taken into account.
The instrument is not permitted to be used in hazardous areas!
