CAUSE SOLUTION
Close door properly and check state of gaskets;
replace if necessary.
Exhaust pipe partly or completely clogged
(check with an expert what's necessary from
the stove outlet up to the chimney).
Clean immediately.
Pellets burn also due to the draught in the flue
without the aid of an extraction device.
Replace fumes extractor immediately: stoves
operating without a fumes extractor may be a
health hazard. Call an expert.
Detach silicone pipe from hose holder and use
a pointed metal tool to clean hose holder hole.
Replace silicone pipe if necessary.
Replace pressure switch.
Call an expert.
Replace electronic circuit board.
Call an expert.
Have an expert check that the exhaust pipe
complies with standards (see
66 and following).
Strong winds may cause negative pressure in
the chimney. Check and re-start stove.
Let stove cool and reset.
If problem persists call an expert.
Replace room fan.
Call expert.
A black-out when the stove is in operation
causes the boiler to overheat and requires
manual resetting. Reset and start the stove.
Replace manual reset thermostat.
Call expert.
Replace electronic circuit board.
Call an expert.
Replace fumes probe.
Call an expert.
Replace electronic circuit board.
Call an expert.
Replace room fan.
Call an expert.
Have an expert regulate pellet loading.
