What do I need to process transactions with Converge Mobile?

Gather everything you need to jump start your payment processing.
1. Phone or tablet (iOS or Android) with internet connectivity.
2. The Converge Mobile app downloaded on mobile device.
3. Ingenico Link/2500 card reader – make sure it's fully charged prior to calling in to activate.
Please note, Link/2500 is not available in Canada.
4. A Converge Mobile account with valid sign-in credentials. You can receive this by calling the
Activation Department at 866-451-4007, Press 1 (English), Press # key, Press 2 (To activate or
receive training on your mobile based payment processing product).
If you have any questions or issues processing transactions, please call the Bank of the West
Premier Services Helpdesk at 1-844-638-8657.
