Replacing/Retrofitting Collectors,
Wires, Brackets
1. Remove the trolley from the rail and carefully
place it on its side. Locate the 4-pin connector,
and mark the collector numbers on the trolley
brackets so the wires can be replaced in the
correct order. Wire labels should match the
numbers marked on the brackets.
Note: The picture shows bare aluminum
brackets; the shipped product will be black.
2. Open the black cover and remove the old
brackets using an Allen wrench. Leave the old
collectors on their brackets.
3. Remove the number sleeves from the old wires
and place them on the new wires.
4. Transpose the numbers recorded on the old
brackets to the new brackets.
5. Install new mounting studs on the new brackets
using M5 nuts. Snap the new collectors on the
mounting studs.
6. Install the new brackets, ensuring the Tx antenna
mounts to the bracket that has three bends to
hold the antenna at the correct height.
The smaller bracket mounts on the other side of
the trolley.
