Returns the Rolling Mean or Standard Deviation of the resistance of the RTD probe in Ohms. The resolution of the
Mean is normally 0.001, but this is increased to 0.0001 if a Pt25 probe is being used, and the temperature resolution
is set to the highest (0.001).
VOLTage:MEAN
VOLTage:SDEV
Returns the Rolling Mean or Standard Deviation of the voltage of the thermocouple probe, calculated as above in
"VOLTage".
The resolution of the Standard Deviations are one digit greater than the associated parameter.
READ?
A measurement is made and the result is sent directly to the output buffer. The trigger mode is as set using
TRIG:MODE command. If in SINGle mode, only one reading is taken. If in INFinite mode, readings continue, with all
values sent to the output buffer.
ABORT
Stops the current measurement and clears the input and output buffers. If the instrument is in the trigger-run mode it
will change to the trigger-hold mode or, if in the trigger-single mode, it will remain in the trigger-single mode. It
terminates the current measurement cycle and scanning routine. This command is available for RS-232 only.
TRIGger Group
TRIGger:MODE <SINGle/INFinite>
Setting the mode to SINGle means that READ? will take one reading and send it to the output buffer.
Setting the mode to INFinite means that READ? will allow the instrument to perform continuous measurements, with
all readings being sent to the output buffer. This can be cancelled by sending SINGle, ABORT or CONFigure.
Terminates the current measurement cycle and scanning routine.
For IEEE, the trigger mode is always forced to single. If the TRIG:MODE INF command is sent it will generate a
Command Error and the command is ignored.
TRIGger:MODE?
Query the current setting. Response is "SING" or "INF".
TRIGger:COUNt <n>
TRIGger:COUNt <slx>, <n>
The TRIGger:COUNt <n> command is used to set the general timer cycle count Value.
The TRIGger:COUNt <slx>, <n> command is used to set the individual scanning list timer cycle count values.

CONTinuous
DEFault
Changing a timer cycle count value that is currently in use will result in the instrument terminating the current
measurement cycle and scanning routine. Also sets the mode to HOLD.
TRIGger:COUNt?
TRIGger:COUNt? <slx>
The TRIGger:COUNt? Command queries the general timer cycle count.
