FOCUSING AND PICTURE
COMPOSITION
Your Yashica 635 is a twin-lens reflex
camera. It features a pair of perfectly
matched lenses, enabling you to focus
and compose your pictures most
effectively through the viewing lens
positioned directly above the taking
lens.
1. Lift and open the Focusing Hood, as
illustrated.
2. Turn the Focusing Knob until the
image of your subject on the ground-
glass viewing screen appears sharply
defined. The clear focusing spot at the
center of the screen will enable you to
secure critical focus.
