The AD2089 series includes robust, full-function CCTV system
keyboards available in desktop and rack mount versions and
are compatible with MegaPower
Systems and Intellex Digital Video Management Systems.
The keyboards feature full-travel keys that provide true tactile
feel. Dedicated keys enable user log-on, intuitive site and
monitor/DVR/ VCR selection, and camera or salvo call-up. All
system activities, including tours and alarms, can be controlled
directly from the keyboard. AD2089 keyboards provide user-
defined macro keys that make even the most complex and
demanding installations easy to manage. Each operator can
customize his or her own keyboard to perform a multitude of
system tasks via simple, easy to remember keystrokes.

The keyboard also offers recorder control for digital video
recorders. The keyboard's vector-solving joystick provides
one-handed control of the selected variable-speed pan/tilt
or programmable dome. The joystick's twist action feature
provides zoom control of motorized lenses. The push-button at
the top of the joystick enables users to quickly flip a compatible
dome 180° for uninterrupted surveillance of subjects who pass
directly underneath the dome.
The keyboard's internal beeper sounds for five seconds upon
receipt of an alarm. It has adjustable baud rates to properly
match the keyboard to the network and matrix switcher/
controller system, and a self-test mode to verify both hardware
and software operation of the communications port, LEDs,
joystick, beeper, and memory.
