Procedure after Serial Number Typing
1. Click END button to exit the SNC-Z20 Modify Tool
software.
2. Turn off the power of each equipment and disconnect
the connections.
3. Return the DIP switch S602 of the SY-310 board to
the setting in the normal mode.
4. Attach the lower cover to SNC-Z20N/Z20P.

2-4. Overall Checking

Required Equipment
. Alarm input/output and serial communication IF board
(IF-954 board): J-6433-100-A
. SNC-Z20 Modify Tool software (J-6433-110-A)
. RS-232C cable (D-sub 9-pin, cross cable)
. Personal computer (Hereafter referred to as PC)
. Network cable (UTP CAT5 cross cable)
. Power supply for SNC-Z20N/Z20P
(24 VAC or 12 V DC, 9 W or more)
. Power supply for IF-954 board (5 V DC, 100 mA)
. Memory Stick (16 MB or more)
. PC Card adaptor (MSAC-PC3)
. Subject (Color bars chart or Clock, etc.)
Preparation
1. Connect each equipment according to the figure in
Section 2-1-2 in the power off state.
2. Turn on the power of PC and set the network setting of
PC as follows.
IP address: 192.168.0.200
NetMask: 255.255.255.0
3. Turn on the power of each equipment.
4. Start the Web browser on PC and display the
following URL address page.
http://192.168.0.100
The Welcome page is displayed.
5. Click "Administrator" on the Welcome page.
The login page is displayed.

6. Type the user name and password, then click OK
button.
When it is confirmed, the Welcome page for
administrator is displayed.

The user name and password are set to "admin" in the
factory setting. When the user name and password are
changed by the administrator of customer, perform
steps 1 to 3 in Section 2-4-7 in advance.
7. Click "ActiveX viewer" on the Welcome page. The
Main Viewer page is displayed.

2-4-1. RTC Check

Check the RTC is backed up by the rechargeable battery.
Check the following specification is satisfied.
Specification: Clock displayed on the Main Viewer page
should be operated correctly.

The factory setting of time varies depending
on models.
For SNC-Z20N: GMT _ 5 h
For SNC-Z20P: GMT + 1 h

When the displayed date and/or time is
incorrect, perform the setting again
according to the user's guide of
SNC-Z20N/Z20P as required.
