Trouble shooting - remedies
Fault
The strap is not transported
into the channel system and
does not reach the strap stop
switch.
T200/2
Cause
The strap has broken off the
channel.
The strap is not in the
feeding unit.
The friction welding unit is
not at zero position.
Strap jam in the feeding unit.
The strap does not meet
requirements (strength,
sabre).
Mismatch at the channel
transitions (joint edges).
The transport wheel does not
feed the strap.

Remedy
Perform a complete touch
control cycle of the cam gear
until the counter plate and
the strap channel are closed.
Re-start automatic mode.
Re-insert strap. Page 19.
Touch control of the cam
gear until the counter plate
and the strap channel are
closed.
Remove cover plate of the
feeding unit and eliminate the
jam.
Use strap for automatic units.
Align transitions.
Increase the feed to the
transport wheel.
