    This user manual provides the descriptions of StarProg-ATE hardware features, applications and software installation guidelines. StarProg-ATE is a solution for updating the programmable memory of ICs that have been welded to the PCBA; it is also for R/D and productions. When working with production, StarProg-ATE supports the USB controls (This provides serial programming), standalone programming, and integrates with the controlling programming for ATE system.

Applications In the engineering mode, once the StarProg-ATE has been tested and created a project file (*.dprj), there are several methods to conduct a production. Method A. Through Dediware Operate and monitor all the production processes through Dediware. All the procedures will be recorded in the log and it can program serial numbers as well.
