Return deliveries must take place in suitable and sound protective packing. Please contact directly the manufacturer AGT-PSG if the sample gas cooler fails. Basis for all warranty claims is the purchase receipt and the undamaged model identification plate. In case of queries we need the model type, serial number and year of construction (model identification plate). -
