Bedienung
Verwendung mit Blindnieten:
Statten Sie das Nietwerkzeug mit dem Blindnietensetzer aus (siehe Bilder).
Spreizen Sie die Hebel des Gerätes und setzen Sie den Nietkopf auf den Dorn
der Blindniete auf. Wenn Sie die Hebel zusammenführen wird die Niete gespannt
und gesetzt. Leeren Sie den Behälter für die abgerissenen Dorne nach Bedarf.
Der Behälter kann einfach abgezogen werden.
Verwendung mit Blindnietmuttern:
Statten Sie das Gerät mit dem Setzer für Blindnietmuttern aus wie unten
beschrieben. Verwenden Sie den für die verwendeten Blindnietmuttern
passenden
Nietkopf
und
Gewindedorn.
Bitte
beachten
Sie,
dass
der
Gewindedorn am Gerät mit einem Linksgewinde befestigt ist. Stellen Sie den
Nietkopf durch heraus- und hineinschrauben passend für die Länge der
verwendeten Blindnietmuttern ein und sichern Sie ihn mit dem Konterring. Stellen
Sie den Gesamthub des Gerätes durch verdrehen der Einstellringe nach Bedarf
ein. Spreizen Sie die Hebel des Gerätes und schrauben Sie die Blindnietmutter
vollständig auf den Gewindedorn. Wenn die Blindnietmutter nur teilweise auf den
Gewindedorn geschraubt wird kann beim Setzen der Mutter das Gewinde
beschädigt
werden.
Wenn
Sie
die
Hebel
zusammenführen
wird
die
Blindnietmutter gespannt und gesetzt.
Operation
Use with Blind Rivets:
Set the tool up for blind rivets (see pictures). Spread the handles and place the
riveting head over the mandrel of the blind rivet. When the handles are brought
together the rivet will be tensioned and set. Empty the container for the severed
mandrels as necessary. The container can simply be pulled off.
Use with Blind Rivet Nuts:
Set the tool up for blind rivet nuts as shown below. Use the riveting head and
threaded mandrel suitable for the intended rivet nuts. Please keep in mind the
threaded mandrel is installed with left hand threads. Set the riveting head to the
length of the intended rivet nuts by screwing in or out and secure it with the
locking ring. Set the stroke length of the tool according to requirements by twisting
the stroke adjusting rings. Spread the handles of the tool and fully screw the rivet
nut onto the threaded mandrel. If the rivet nut is not fully screwed onto the
threaded mandrel the threads may be damaged when the nut is set. When the
handles are brought together the rivet nut will be tensioned and set.
