Registering Your AVC-1100

To ensure your eligibility for support and upgrades, and to qualify
for future promotions, please register your AVC-1100 on the
Adaptec website at

Troubleshooting Your AVC-1100

If you encounter difficulties installing or using your AVC-1100,
follow these suggestions:
Ensure that your analog video device is connected, powered on,
and set up to provide a video signal to the AVC-1100.
Double-check all cable connections.
Try connecting to a different USB port on your system.
If your AVC-1100 is connected to a USB hub, try connecting it
directly to a system USB port. (Adaptec highly recommends that
you connect directly to your computer, and not through a USB
hub.)
Ensure that the AVC-1100 is connected properly and that the
drivers have installed correctly. (See
page 5
to find detailed instructions.)
