Checking the Audio Resolution This setting specifies the resolution of incoming audio. By default, the AVC-1100 is set to capture CD quality audio. You can check the audio resolution setting by selecting Audio Resolution on the Options menu.
Double-check all cable connections. Try connecting to a different USB port on your system. If your AVC-1100 is connected to a USB hub, try connecting it directly to a system USB port. (Adaptec highly recommends that you connect directly to your computer, and not through a USB hub.)
