Getting Help

If you have any problems installing or using your AVC-2310, work
through the tips and hints in this section.
Need Help with Your AVC-2310?
Ensure that your analog video device is connected and powered
on, or that your TV tuner (cable, receiver, antenna) is properly
connected. Double-check all cable connections.
Try connecting to a different USB port on your computer. In
doing so, you may need to reinstall the drivers.
If your AVC-2310 is connected to a USB hub, try connecting it
directly to your computer's USB port. You may also need to
reinstall the drivers.
Ensure that the AVC-2310 drivers are correctly installed. See the
Getting Help section in the User's Guide on the VideOh! CD for
help double-checking driver installation.
If the LED is blinking orange, save your work, close MyDVD or
WinDVR, then power your AVC-2310 off and then on again.
