6.3 SUPPORT SERVICE FEATURE

Support Service feature allows you to create a
request with the Support Service Key on your
products, and our expert customer representatives
shall call you via the mobile phone number you have
specified on the HomeWhiz application and help you
with any kind of issues you have.
6.4 ENTERING A PHONE NUMBER
FOR SUPPORT SERVICE
To ensure that your customer representative may call
you after creating a request by pressing and holding
the Support Service key, you shall share your mobile
phone number with the application. You may add
or change your mobile phone number through the
communication menu on the HomeWhiz application.
6.5 CREATING A REQUEST VIA
SUPPORT SERVICE
1. Ensure that you have an internet connection on
the product and you have entered your mobile phone
number via HomeWhiz application.
2. Press the support service key for 3 seconds.
3. Support Service symbol shall start to flash.
4. Symbol shall constantly illuminate when your
request is delivered to the customer representative
successfully.
5. Your customer representative shall call you via
the telephone number you have specified on the
HomeWhiz application.
6. The symbol shall turn off when the call is
completed.
6.6 CANCELLING A REQUEST
ON SUPPORT SERVICE
If you want to cancel your support service request,
your request shall be delivered to the customer
representative successfully and the symbol shall be
illuminated continuously. To cancel;

1. Press the support service key for 3 seconds.
2. Support Service symbol shall start to flash.
3. Symbol shall turn off when your request is
cancelled successfully.

6.7 TROUBLESHOOTING

• The light of the support service symbol
does not illuminate continuously, it is turned off
immediately when you press the support service
key.
• Ensure that your product is connected to the
internet.
• Ensure that you have a HomeWhiz account
and that you have entered your mobile phone
number via HomeWhiz application.
• This feature does not work if the internet
connection is not available. Check your home
internet connection.
• Check if the phone number you have entered
to the HomeWhiz application is correct.
Info: When you press the support service key,
the wireless connection broadcast of your product
shall be turned on automatically if it is off. Wireless
connection broadcast shall continue unless you
turn it off when the Support Service operation is
complete.
