3.12 Frequency/Voltage Control

This section is to control the CPU frequency and Supply Voltage,
DIMM OverVoltage and AGP voltage.
CPU Clock Ratio
Use this item to select the CPU's frequency.
Auto Detect PCI Clk
The enabled item can automatically disable the clock source for a
PCI slot without a module, to reduce EMI (Electro Magnetic
Interference).
Spread Spectrum
If spread spectrum is enabled, EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference)
generated by the system can be significantly reduced.
