The efficiency is 75% typical while measuring at nominal
line and rated load.

For some reason the power supply fails to control itself, the
built-in overvoltage protection circuit will shut down the
outputs to prevent damage to external circuits. The trip
point of crowbar circuit is around 5.7V to 7.0V. The power
supply will go into latch-off mode against short circuit or
over load conditions, and have to turn OFF and then ON
the DC input to restart the power supply.
