Inside of door - one bar will not retract so we can’t shut the door
I am trying to reset my code. I have followed the instructions several times and it keeps reverting back to the code we are trying to delete. Opened the safe Entered six 0’s Entered the old code one time Entered the new code two times. Got a double beep upon entering the new code the second time. It makes no sense.
