FUNCTION MODES

WARNING:
The air cleaner is equipped with a circuit protection device that leaves
the machine, when it is restarted (through panel or remote control) after a power failu-
re, in stand-by for about 60 seconds.

AUTOMATIC MODE

The unit purifies the air in a completely automatic way.

MANUAL MODE

The operator can choose the desired speed, by using the remote control.
4.1 AUTOMATIC MODE
WITH REMOTE CONTROL: switch on the unit by pushing the ON/OFF
button; push the FAN+ button until you see an A on the display.
FROM THE PANEL: the same function can be achieved by pushing the
button .
In this mode, the change of speed is regulated automatically by the
smoke sensor, with a constant checking of the degree of pollution found
in the environment.
4.2
MANUAL MODE
WITH REMOTE CONTROL:
-Switch on the unit by pushing the ON/OFF push-button
-Press the FAN+ or FAN- buttons to select one of the 5 functioning
speeds.
FROM THE PANEL:-the same function can be achieved by pushing the
button

N.B.: IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE AN OPTIMAL AIR CLEANING IT IS
ADVISABLE TO USE THE THIRD SPEED FUNCTION.
AUTO RESTART
This air cleaner is provided with a memory device, which starts working
in case of lack of electrical power. The PC board will re-start automati-
cally with the same mode setting.
4.3
INSERTING OF THE GERMICIDE LAMPS
(Only for mod. DSCL - DTI 200)
The DSCL models have a series of germicide lamps which can be activa-
ted in any moment after the machine has been switched on.
To activate them, keep the ON/OFF button of the remote control or of the
panel pushed for about three seconds; when it is released, a red light will
switch on to signal the correct functioning of the lamps.
In order to switch them off, push the ON/OFF button again for three
seconds.
