Non-Locking Lap Belts with Emergency Locking
Retractor (ELR)
The lap belt is always loose until it locks in a sudden stop
or crash.
Lap/Shoulder Belts with 2 Retractors (including
inflatable seat belts)
Belts are attached to retractors at the ends of the lap and
shoulder belt and attached to one latch plate.
