Troubleshooting

No LEDs are Illuminated

Occur when there is no connection between the 100BASE-T1/Ethernet Media
Converter to any other devices. Check that you correctly made at least one
Ethernet connection to any Ethernet device.
If the 100BASE-T1/Ethernet Media Converter has been attached to at least one
device and still has no LEDs lit, this usually means that the 100BASE-T1/Ethernet
Media Converter is not receiving power. Try the following:
– Check the USB connections on the 100BASE-T1/Ethernet Media Converter
– Remove and then reconnect the USB cable
– Ensure that you power on the USB device
– Try a different USB port
– Try a different USB cable
– Try connecting to a different USB device
If the supplied USB cable that came with the 100BASE-T1/Ethernet Media
Converter does not work, but a different USB cable does, contact Keysight
"Service and Support"
26
and the USB device
on page 34.
