4.1. GROUPED SAFETY MESSAGES

4.1.1. Roller cabinet

4.2. INTENDED USE

Keep doors' swing range unobstructed, keep doors and drawers closed.
Drawers for storage of tools.
Storage shelf for storage of workpieces and tools.
For work in indoor industrial environments. For use on dry solid floors.
Use only in a technically perfect and safe condition.
Use exclusively approved Hoffmann Group accessories for modification or rebuilding.

4.2.1. Tool cabinet

Anchor cabinet into floor.
If converting to a roller cabinet, replace the drawers with GridLine drawers with one-hand indi-
vidual drawer release system. Bear in mind the weight of the shell when it comes to the load ca-
pacity of the wheels and push handle.
Observe usable height for self configuration.
Can be combined with GridLine wheels and push handle article no. 958480 size 24 or 28.
Can be combined with GridLine cabinets of the identical depth and height.
4.2.2. Roller cabinet
Only equip with GridLine drawers with one-hand individual drawer release system.
After positioning it, lock the castors by applying the parking brakes.

4.2.3. Corner cabinet

Corner connecting cabinet for tool cabinets with a depth of 700 mm (28G).

4.2.4. Auxiliary cabinet

Can be combined with GridLine cabinets of the identical depth and height.

4.2.5. CNC auxiliary cabinet and tool cabinet

For equipping with GridLine drawer insert with tool sockets.
Can be combined with GridLine cabinets of the identical depth and height.

» It is essential the cabinet is secured against toppling.
» Wear safety shoes and safety gloves.
» Do not store workpieces unsecured.
» Do not open several drawers at once.
» Keep cabinet shell cover clear of objects during transport.
» Set down heavy objects slowly.
» Ensure during movement and transport that all drawers and cupboard
doors are closed and locked.
» Comply with the maximum load capacity.
Crush hazard for the body and individual limbs.
» After positioning it, lock the castors by applying the parking brakes.
» Not for use in areas where the floor slopes upwards or downwards.
