6.2. CABINET ON A CABINET

ü Cabinets are of identical width and depth.
1. Create pre-perforated punch-out holes on the cabinet shell cover with 8-mm parallel pin
punch and hammer.
2. Employ at least two persons when dismantling cabinets.
3. Guide four screws M8×16 through the cabinet shell cover and underside of the cabinet from
above.
4. Fasten bolts from below with four nuts.

6.3. INSERTING/MOVING STORAGE SHELF

1. Insert two shelf carriers per shelf at the same height into the front socket strip, rotate and
guide into the punched hole.
2. Insert shelf with hook into the rear socket strip and position on the front shelf carriers using
punched holes.

6.4. REMOVING THE DRAWERS

1. Pull out the drawer.
2. Pull out the locking mechanism and swing it upwards. Remove the drawer.

6.5. INSERTING THE DRAWERS

1. Pull the drawer runners out to their full extent and secure them.
2. Insert the drawer and push it in until you sense resistance.
3. Lift the drawer up and push it over the resistance until it is fully inserted on the rails.
4. Swing the locking mechanism down and push it to the back.

6.6. MOVING SLIDES

ü Drawers removed.
1. Push a standard screwdriver between cabinet wall and the guide rail.
2. Carefully push the screwdriver off the cabinet wall to prise off the guide rail.
3. Lift off the guide rail.
4. Working from above, insert the guide rail into the hole in the desired position.

7. Slide roller cabinet

CAUTION
Collision with roller cabinet
Crush hazard for the body in the event of collision with a roller cabinet.
» Make sure the paths for movement and transport are clear.
» No persons must be present in the direction of travel.
ü Drawers and doors are closed and locked.
1. Release the parking brakes on both castors.
2. Move at walking pace.
3. Before starting work, apply the parking brakes on the castors.
